The Merc Bylaws

The Merc Bylaws are the rules by which our Board of Directors governs. They address such issues as how one becomes a member-owner of The Merc, the structure of the Board of Directors, and owner meetings. They do not address matters of daily store operations. Cheeze!

7-9pm

Come experience delicious "cheeze" - not from cows but plant-based, cholesterol-free alternatives, using creative combinations of whole foods to satisfy your family and amaze your guests. We'll demonstrate how to make three different sliceable, soy-free block cheeses; "Garbanzo Gruyere," "Colby Cheeze" and "Mild White Cheeze." Then we'll transform a humble block of tofu into incredibly rich, cheddar-style "Crock Cheeze." Decadent (but super quick and easy) nachos will lead us into a sampling of ready-to-purchase cheese alternatives from the grocery section. Bon Appetite!
