Imagine yourself in peddle-pushers cruising through the streets of Paris on a bicycle, its basket filled with the accouterments of a picnic. A checkered cloth and delightful food prepared by your own fine hands in tow. Once nestled under the Princess Trees, wisteria and lilacs, your picnic is unveiled and spread out on the red and white cloth. What an array of Zucchini and Guryere Tartlets, Farro Salad with Peas, Mint, and Goat Cheese, Marinated Cherry Tomato, Green Bean and Olive Salad with a hint of fresh tarragon, and Basil and Garlic Chicken. Amongst friends and kissed by the sun you recline for the finale of Cherry, Almond and Chocolate Mini Cakes. Handheld this small cake is so charming; you finish the day with a hint of the picnic still on your fingertips. (Now keep your imagination alive and call your friends to have a picnic.)
