To start: Butter Pecan Ice Cream filled with tiny toasted pecan bits, honey, heavy cream and just a bit of sugar topped with Peaches Foster. From there, Chef Paige, in Paige's Favorite Fruit Desserts, took everyone on a delightful cruise of scrumptious desserts. A bit of cheese and crackers helped ground everyone through the sweet rush. Blueberry Buckle with warm blueberries bursting through crumb topping, a pie of raspberries and rhubarb, cardamom and ginger and last but not least a tart – fit for a king – of apricots and almonds nestled in heavenly custard. A favorite cannot be chosen.
