What are those flavors you ask? We have a Pear & Blue Cheese Quiche that will knock your socks off. The delecate flavors of pear mixed with the bite of blue cheese is a wonderful compliment to the egg custard, all topped with a hint of thyme. We also have an Italian Sausage Quiche with mozzarella and green peppers. The Sausage is crafted in-house by our Meat Department and is a wonderful mix of sweet and spicy!
