Ladies & Gentleman...Welcome Holly to the bakery! Holly has worked at The Merc for almost a year now, and you may recognise her from the Deli counter where she served up delicious salads and whipped up amazing coffee drinks. She has traded hats, and is now a part of our bakery team. Hooray!
