Our Lawrence bakery uses local eggs and Kansas flour to bake dozens of treats each day. Whether you’re looking for a decadent slice of cheesecake, a vegan peanut butter cookie or a dozen scones to serve your guests, our bakery has what you need. Our menu changes with the season, but you'll always find delicious desserts — including wheat-free options.

Trays, Platters, Meals & More

Make your next event a stress free success by having it Merc Made by our team of deli and bakery professionals. Whether it’s a family-sized meal or a larger party, we offer delicious trays to fit a variety of gatherings, appetites and budgets. 

GUIDELINES

  • All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Large orders may require more advance notice. Call 784-854-8544 to order.

  • All orders must be paid in full when placed.

  • A minimum 48-hour notice is required for refunds on cancelled orders.

  • Orders must be picked up. Delivery is not available.

SERVING SIZES

  • 12” platters feed 6–10 people

  • 16” platters feed 14–16 people

  • 9” quiches and pies serve 4–8 people

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Additional fees may incur for orders that require special preparation or customization. The Merc Co+op reserves the right to charge a flat rate or percentage based on the circumstance. For more information or to discuss your needs, contact our Deli Manager or Bakery Manager.
