Our deli is a great place to figure out “what’s for dinner?” In addition to our hot bar and salad bar, our Lawrence store offers fresh brewed drip coffee from local Kansas City’s Broadway Roasting Co. and Black Drip Coffee, a self serve bubbler with house-made iced coffee, tea and seasonal offerings like local cider or lemonade, and house-made bottled drinks.

Our cafe dining areas are open for eating at both locations. For gatherings, please contact us about reserving one of our classrooms.

Hot Bar + Salad Bar

Our Hot Bar + Salad Bar is open seven days a week with a rotating menu of meal solutions including breakfast burritos, sandwiches and fresh salad fixings. Craft the perfect meal by mixing and matching both bars! Check out the daily lunch/dinner themes on the menu below.

Hot Bar Breakfast Burritos and Sandwiches | Monday - Saturday 7 a.m.–11 a.m. or while supplies last!
Lunch/Dinner | Monday - Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m.
Sunday Brunch served 9 a.m.– 3 p.m.

Make your next event a stress free success by having it Merc Made by our team of deli and bakery professionals. Whether it’s a family-sized meal or a larger party, we offer delicious trays to fit a variety of gatherings, appetites and budgets.

GUIDELINES

All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Large orders may require more advance notice.
All orders must be paid in full when placed.
A minimum 48-hour notice is required for refunds on cancelled orders.
Orders must be picked up. Delivery is not available.

SERVING SIZES

12” platters feed 6–10 people
16” platters feed 14–16 people
9” quiches and pies serve 4–8 people

ADDITIONAL FEES
