Produce & Floral Vendor Form

It’s time to begin planning for the next growing season! Each January, we welcome new vendors and reach out to our existing vendors to establish a forecast for ordering for the calendar year. Growers provide information using the form below for the coming season, due by January 31 for consideration for 2024.

Once the form is received, the Produce Manager meets with producers to establish a sales agreement estimating the crops and quantities the co-op will purchase from that producer for the coming year. This estimate is based on previous years’ sales and projections. Of course, we understand a season rarely goes exactly as planned, so good communication, consistency and reliability are critical.

Please review the Producer Guidelines for 2024 for more on inventory, delivery, and packaging expectations before completing this form. We ask that you take the time to read through this information thoroughly as some items may have changed from previous years. We value our partnerships with local producers and look forward to working with you to make this year successful.
