Virtual Stay Strong, Stay Healthy
This class will be led by Lori Wuellner, Wyandotte County K-State Research and Extension Family and Consumer Science agent. Seats are limited! Please do not wait to register.
To have a successful class you will need the following items:
• Technology Requirements: Computer or tablet with video/web camera capabilities, email address, download Zoom desktop app.
• Fitness Equipment: Leg and arm weights
• Class Dates: March 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, April 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22 or 23 (tbd)
• Class Time: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Class Cost: $20 for all sessions
• Class is limited to 6 seats
