Your co-op is constantly focused on improving the shopping and dining experience. To that end, we will be updating our deli and back of house production areas.

Phase One of this refresh will begin Sunday, July 7. During this week, our kitchen, bakery and meat & seafood area will receive new walls, floors, fixtures and equipment. In addition, our deli service counter and sandwich station will be updated with new countertops and equipment. In the cafe, we will install a new reverse osmosis water station.

During construction, the kitchen, bakery and meat & seafood will be cordoned off. There will be no hot food prepared nor served at this time, including: hot bar, soup and prepared full service items. Our meat and seafood service case will also be unavailable for a portion of this week.

Our coffee and juice bar will be unaffected by this work and will remain open each day. We will continue to serve foods from our salad bar and grab-and-go case, and though limited, some bakery items will be available.

We anticipate that the construction will be completed on Sunday, July 14 and that production will resume Monday morning.

Phase Two of the refresh will occur in August. Once complete, shoppers can enjoy a new, expanded Hot Bar and Salad Bar, new sandwich menu, expanded whole roasted chicken options, a deli sampling and demo station, and new freezers in grocery Aisle 5.
