Delice de Bourgogne (Triple Cream)

delicate, custard-like sweet cream

  • crusty breads, crackers, bagels

  • Pairs with all fruit and spreads

Meredith Dairy Sheep and Goat Cheese

infused w/ garlic, herbs and oils; lightly tangy

  • goes great on crusty breads, crackers

  • can be added to soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas.

Rogue River Blue -

range of flavors, notes of fortified wine

  • great w/ tart fruit/spreads - cranberry relish, black cherries;

  • goes great on salads, burgers

Rad El Hanout Gouda -

Moroccan spices (pepper, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom)

  • goes w/ brussel sprouts, cauliflower, pastrami sandwich,
