COVID-19 : Special Orders, Holds Suspended

In an effort to better serve our greater community, your co-op is implementing the following temporary service changes.

  • Effective immediately, we will temporarily suspend special orders of all kind. Not only can we not promise items due to out of stocks, but we can't prioritize stock to fulfill these orders over filling our own shelves. If someone has already placed a special order, we will fill it as we are able; but, no further orders will be accepted at this time.

  • We will not allow any holds on items of any kind at this time. Not only can we not promise items due to multiple out of stocks, but we can't store items aside due to storage limitations. First come, first served.

  • We will implement limits on high demand items such as toilet paper and rubbing alcohol. We do this in an effort to serve as many shoppers as possible. Signs will be posted on shelves for items that will be limited.

The health and safety of our co-op community remains our highest priority. We thank you, in advance, for your understanding.

Being able to serve as a reliable resource for food and supplies during inclement weather, crisis and otherwise is a role we proudly accept as grocers. If we can keep our doors open, we do.
