Veggie of the Month: Brussels Sprouts
They are named after Brussels, the capital of Belgium.

Largest sprout ever grown: 18 pounds
Brussels sprouts may stink when you cook them because they are especially rich in nutrients known as glucosinolates, which contain sulfur (mostly when they are overcooked!)
