Parking Lot Work & Construction at the Lawrence Location Begins This Week

Beginning Monday, April 7 expect concrete work near the entrance of the Lawrence store. Local SpyderArt Constructors will be adding drains near the curb along the front of the co-op to prevent the flooding that occurs in the parking lot during heavy rains.

Since the usual ramp will be inaccessible during installation of the drains, we are adding a temporary ramp for wheelchair and cart access. Outdoor seating will be limited to keep the pathway in and out of the store as clear as possible.

The work is expected to last a couple weeks, depending in part on the weather and frequency of rain. They will also be adding a small concrete pad to the north of the pollinator garden. Look for the little free library in the outdoor cafe space!

In addition, work will begin inside the store converting the space previously occupied by Mainstreet Credit Union into additional back stock and freezer storage.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
